One GP appointment rule

In order to reduce wasted appointments and improve access, the Practice has introduced a rule that all patients may only have one booked appointment with a GP at a time.

If you need to discuss multiple issues with your GP, please explain this to the doctor at the start of your appointment. If there is not enough time to cover all issues in a single appointment, the GP will agree which issues to cover during your consultation and book you a future appointment for any outstanding issues.

Patients can still have multiple appointments booked with other clinicians at the Practice where necessary (for example with the Practice Nurses, Pharmacist, etc).

Thank you for your understanding as we implement this new policy which we hope will lead to improved and fairer access to appointments for all patients.
