Getting your test results
Once a clinician has reviewed your test results, they will send you a text message with the results. If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you to arrange this.
Once your results have been reviewed, you can view them in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App.)
If you are expecting results back and have not yet heard from us, please send us a message via Accurx. Depending on the type of tests you’ve had done, the results may take a few weeks to come back to us from the lab.
Reception cannot give you your test results over the phone.
